Microwave Solutions, Inc.® (MSI) warrants each item produced by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship. In no event will MSI be liable for consequential or resulting loss or damage, whether or not due to causes covered by this warranty. All MSI products are designed and manufactured to high quality standards and are warranted against defects in workmanship, materials and construction and to be free from any intentional patent, proprietary, or copywrite infringement and to no further extent. MSI products may contain MSI proprietary, patentable, or copywrited features or designs and no assignment or transfer is made, except where specifically purchased and separately priced on the purchase order. In no event will MSI be liable for consequential misuse or damages. MSI products are warranted against any above-named defects which appear within one (1) year of shipping date, and will be replaced or repaired at MSI's discretion after engineering review of the complaint, provided the procedure outlined below is followed. This warranty is the only warranty and/or conditions of sale made by the supplier and is in lieu of and supersedes all other warranties and conditions of sale or customer's conditions of purchase, expressed or implied, and no other warranty guarantee is either expressed or implied.

DOMESTIC. Net thirty (30) days if credit has been arranged; otherwise shipment will be made C.O.D.

FOREIGN. On orders orginating outside of the continental United States and Canada, we require full payment in advance of shipment or a sight-draft against a confirmed irrevocable letter of credit placed on an area bank.
